Bad power supply or dead mobo/cpu ?

I have a MSI KT6V mobo and AMD 2500+ Barton cpu with 512 of dimm. I
also have 4 ide hard drives and a DVD-R/+R burner and DVD Rom drive.
My powersupply is an Enermax 450...

Yesterday when I turned my computer on I got the green power light on
the case but the computer did not bootup.

Thinking it maybe in suspend mode I unplugged the powercord from the
wall and left it off for an hour (I was watching NHL playoffs at the
time)...

I then replugged the cord for the powersupply back into the wall and
still the same thing. The case's green power light comes on but no
powerup, no hard drives spinning, no bios details, no fans turning...

I took out all my pci cards and unhooked all ide devices and the same
thing....

Dead powersupply...???

It's either a dead power supply unit or a dead motherboard in all
likelihood. The easiest test is to replace the PSU with a known working
one.
