BAD_POOL_CALLER (Help please..)

This ''BAD_POOL_CALLER'' has been shutting of my computer atleast 5 times a day in about 2 months, and I aren't really fond of it...

Can somebody please help me, I am so tired of getting that error message.
It would be sooo damn appreciated to get rid of this.
