Batman Arkham City GOTY crashes when trying to play Story Mode

So i have problem playing Arkham City GOTY. I have tried everything. I tried turning off PhysX and still nothing.
I went thru that Benchmark Test that you have in game and everything was on High and it went through smoothly. I played some challenges and this Harley Quinn add on and everything ran smoothly but when i try and play Story Mode the game crashes.

I even tried running this game everything on low, smallest resolution and on windowed and it still crashed.

Did you get the game through Steam? If so right-click on the game > properties > then there should be an option to repair the game (verify integrity of game cache), try that.
