Question Battle to uninstall Microsoft VS C++ 2013.....

I've been fighting with this for days now and i give up. It all started when i was going to try out WTFast program. I downloaded it and went to install and it started throwing an error. I go in contact with their support and have had little to no help and nothing with in the last 48 hours...When i go to uninstall VS 2013 i get this error 0x8007015e

Set to uninstall normally and to remove residual files as well. If this fails, try forced uninstall instead.
