battlefield 3 low fps with good card

Recently I switched from a Nvidia GT 530 to an AMD R9 270x video card. Every game I Have is running great [ie. Skyrim (with tons of graphic mods), Bioshock, Batman, Rust, etc.] However whenever I start to play Battlefield 3 on any setting (Low or Ultra) I get about 6-10 fps. That cant be right. I did all the steps required for the GPU switch, like deleting all drivers using DDU. so what is my problem? Please help, I really wanna play this game.

MSI R9 270X Gaming Addition (OC)

you are in full screen? not windowed with just your resolution? BF3 also opens an online application and requires some type of flash player or somethin along those lines correct? I seem to remember this when I first started playing. Is there an ingame setting to optimize gaphics settings? on load screen or menu screens is there and drastic increase in frames? What RAM are you using?
