[citation][nom]Reaver192[/nom]I want to but am worried about power consumption do to the fact that I only have a 750w power supply.[/citation]
wattage is only a guidance point. what you need to take into consideration is your PSU manufacturer. If it is corsair, seasonic, etc, than you can easily handle overclocking. check with a PSU calculator (look it up on google) enter all you system specs (it allows for entering overclocking) and see how much power you need.

[citation][nom]Reaver192[/nom]It's a corsair 750w. Thanks for the info. I will go get an aftermarket cooler and see what happens.[/citation]
Yeah man you are good to go. Just always increase the clock slowly and test the stability.

my friend GTX 590 eats this game on Ultra DX 11, constant 60fps, in heavy battle ~50-55fps....i solve his heat problems by boosting up the fan on MSI burner

I'm sure you will be able to play on low. Not sure how the dual core will affect 64 players. If you have Google translator I can give you a link to a processor benchmark that is in German.

Well I just tested my XFX 6950 at stock speeds (i5-2500K and 4 GB RAM) and I got ~53 FPS on the same sequence. I am perturbed and a little concerned.

Actually on the back cover of my PC copy of BF3, there is a "The way its meant to be played" logo next to the Gaming Evolved AMD logo and above the Frostbite 2 logo on the right side next to the System Requirements

Only thing I'm disappointed in is that I decided to get an Intel based motherboard (1156), since these series of chips have been out for a while now, and the prices seem to never go down. Plus, they seem to have already started to phase out the 1156 for the 1155/1356. I'm stuck with a dual core, when I'd like to upgrade to a quad core. Should have stayed AMD like I usually do. Can't wait to play this game though, going to use a XFX HD6670, don't really care about Ultra settings, but would like to play it on Medium/High.

At what resolution? Don't believe that card is good enough.

Im running an AMD fx 6120 6 core cpu with 10 gigs of 1600 mhz ram and a gtx 660 ti overclocked 25 mhz. I am running the game on ultra settings and maxing out at about 110 fps with an average around 80. With the AA off im getting about 100 fps average. For a card that cost 300 US I couldnt ask for anymore. This card runs every game on maxed out setting with not a problem and every game averaging over 60 fps. Its basically a 670 with 192 bit memory bandwith instead of 256 which is what the 670 has. Other than that the specs for the two cards are identical. If you want a good card without breaking the bank I reccomend getting that card.

Nice scores! Looks like the 660ti is the new best bang for the buck GPU.
