battlefield 4 massive fps drop

the day i got this game the stutter the lag and fps drop are getting more and more
i have a fx 8350 and 7850
i cant even play on mid settings and try to low all video settings but still those god damn fps drops from 90 fps to 20 after 2 or 3 seconds
i have tried core unparking, latest drivers,overclocked cpu and gpu, set priority in game,installed game 5 times.......nope nothing worked
so if anyone who solved this problem i will be happy to know the solutions

well..i have 8 gb ram
and as eduello said running DXSETUP.EXE (already tried ) dosent work
i have updated my graphics card to old 13.9 amd catalyst
and i have the latest 14.2 amd catalyst (so dat doesnt work too )

Solution
I recommend using a user.cfg file i.e. a cconfiguration file.

Here, do as he says. And you will be able to run bf4 using DirectX 10. And hope this will give you better fps.
