battlefield 4 stuttering

i have been playing bf4 and having little stuttering when playing. i have ask loads of people and i have tried- unparking my cores , different display and gpu , different resolutions , uninstalling bf4 and direct x i have done 1 registry thing but that was a while ago, driver roll backs.
does anyone no how to stop it ?

gtx 760 oc
8gb ram
1tb hdd 7200rpm

Use the latest Nvidia drivers
Then tweak some graphic settings to check if the problem could be resolved by dialing down some settings

i am now on driver 344.60 and playing with everything on low. the game still stutters even when at 100+fps

Ok thats bad,

It could be thermal throttling.
Check the gpu and cpu temps with h/wmonitor or any monitoring software at load.
Run game then alt tab to check

my max cpu load in game was 85% and gpu was 86% with a temp of 61 degrees C

Turn on v-sync
Play a few minutes on medium settings to test.
When stuttering occurs check the cpu and Gpu temps

the gpu is at 60 degrees then stutters and dropes to 57 then goes up to 60 sites their for about 30 seconds then does it agian
