Battlefield Hardline laggy r9 270x

Hi,

I'm having some issues regarding Battlefield hardline. I have been getting some lag recently, and i am clueless on what could be the cause...

My gpu is a r9 270x 2gb zero overclock. The game used to run very smooth at a constant 60 fps. Now it drops to 20-25 range at some points, and then returns back to 60 fps.
I do not know if its the server or something else.

Also i experienced a couple of game crashes, that had to do with directx11, that is fixed now, but im now getting low fps drops, ocassionaly. Looks like i solved one problem, then another one occured.

As a 270x dosnt have the power to run the game well on higher settings

unfortunately, it does have the power, to run this game well on the highest settings. AMD Gaming Evolved app, optimised it for the best performance, all the settings were then changed to ultra... Also the resolution is 1920x1080
Also, Gamedebate.com states that the recommended gpu for bf hardline is a r9 270x..
