Becoming very slow after for some time

why my acer aspire 4736 is getting slow or almost struck when multiple windows are opened and when i restart is everything is quite ok for some time.

Did you check how much free ram you have?
press alt + ctrl + del and see at tab performance how much ram is used and how
much you have actually free.
