Beep motherboard, doesn't POST.

Hi guys, im having an issue with my motherboard (Asrock 890FX Deluxe3). Yesterday a lighting hit near my house and shut off my pc. Power supply got damaged and I changed it. After that I connected everything and booted it, no beep, no post, nothing, just power on. I tried again but just with the processor and one memory stick, this time there were 2 really fast short beep and around 9 - 10 short beeps and after 3 seconds another short (this Asrock use AMI BIOS), I didn't find any info about this beep pattern.
If I remove the RAM, the motherboard does beep (3 long beeps indicate memory problem which should be).
Could be possible that the motherboard or processor got damaged too? I have tested the memory stick and hdd in another pc and they work fine.

Most likely your motherbord has electrical damage.

Motherboard is Asrock 890FX Deluxe3 and use AMI BIOS. They are all shorts beeps, the first 2 are really fast then the next 10 are normal short beeps, after 3 seconds another short beep.
