Benchmark Freezing Issue

I am testing my Cpu using cpu benchmark on Steam game RUSE. I have i7 7700k and Evga Gtx 1070 ftw. For some reason as soon as the benchmark reaches a certain point it freezes and I don't know why. I double checked to make sure Gpu was seated properly and it is and checked all wiring and nothing seems out of place. I'm not sure what the issue is but I don't want this to effect my gaming experience in actual games and not benchmarks

Did you do any overclocking?
Update drivers. I have never used RUSE, but u could try to search on the internet if someone had same issue.

No I just built the PC haven't done any over clocking

Just use what everyone use to stress test, prime 95 and Intel burn test, if you own Rise of TR try to play it, it hit quite hard.
Also try to do what i do, run IBT on 6 threads and play cpu heavy game at the same time. Everyone own csgo, it will work too.
