Question BENCHMARK PC Status - RED (I need help from experts)

I need expert help. Here is my computer performance results:

Alienware Aurora R11 Performance Results - UserBenchmark

UBM is a flawed tool for that sort of report.

Well sort of.
It gives you a pretty good understanding if you know how to decipher their graphs.
That said "their conclusions and ratings are complete rubbish/garbage", to the point we have people like this person wondering why their system is "WAY" under-performing ???

UserBenchmark is a laugh when it comes to how they describe AMD and their "Neanderthal marketing tactics" to sell "sub standard products" 🤣
What's interesting though is, I find it easy to get top percentile results on the CPU and GPU with basic undervolting and increasing clock speeds slightly, and that goes for all my builds over the years, can't say the same for my drives though.

Would it surprise you if I were to say I'm getting those 100% scores on the cheapest parts I could find from good brands? My graphics card, the RX 9700 XT, is a Sapphire reference model, the cheapest they had but with undervolting I can push the clocks up by 300MHz and still keep the temperatures in the low 70s.
