Benchmarking Software Causes My Ceribial Anurisim To Pop

Dear Friends,
I don't know what to do with the results from benchmarking software, it gives me a number with no reference. Sandra was worst for me. What am I to do with those numbers.

I got a 2906 from free 3D Mark, PC Mark would not work. I couldn't even figure out how to use let alon decider Sandra to even say what I got. Unigine Heaven was one that did give me a clue, I couldn't watch 10 fps without seeing studdering blocky visuals

I don't have the best hardware but I believe I have a decent X58 system, However, I have a problem. My screen flickers and my browser is slow,all this after a clean install also

--remove the FACTORY installed malware, "mypcbackup" etc. --remove the "brand name" support software. --do the widows update or turn it off. (though your question is how to read benchmark software, i see your really asking why is my "clean install" computer running so slow.
these days all computers come prepacked right off the shelves with malware. tablets too. long story short, clean installs are not "clean" at all. this thread is 2 years old but perhaps someone might find this advice to be helpful.

I did not do a restore from a restore partition or restore disc, I done a clean install from a genuine Windows 7 disk. this is not a proprietary PC, it was made entirely from after market parts, so what malware or other bugs should I be looking for in this case?
