Bend pins on 1-day MSI Gaming 5?? (pictures)

I've finished building this PC yesterday. Everything was working fine.
All of the sudden it stops working, it wont turn on.
Tried everything. EVERYTHING.
I just found out that the PC turns on if i unplug the CPU power cable. I get error code 00.
I googled a bit and it seems that its related to bend pins.
Is my case serious? Is it fixable? Is it too bad? Can you see the bad pins and tell me where are them?
Can be overclocking a cause of bend pins? (I just used intel booster, didn't overclockit but i noticed that OHWM showed 3,8ghz instead of 3,5 ghz.

No warranty on my country so i think im pretty much fucked at this point.

Yep I can definitely see some bent pins in there. Thankfully its fixable.

Use tweezers to bend back the pins, use the tweezers CAREFULLY you don't want to end up snapping the pin off.

EDIT: haha your name. Don't blame MSI they are a great company, maybe you incorrectly seated your CPU which is a common error amongst many first timers to system builders, don't worry too much

UPDATE: Putted the i5 4690k, it seemed that i fixed it because it was running longer than before but then BOOM. Burnt smell... CPU fried (and cpu socket?) fried.
My questions: can a binded cpu socket burn a CPU?

Is it still fixable? The mother turns on only if the CPU power conector is not connected (it did this same thing first time i figured out the pins were binded).

EDIT: If someone can take the work to use paint and mark the bad pins, i would really appreciate it. (Do it only if you think this shit is fixable).
EDIT: 2 in a few days ill be in Los Angeles, California, is there any reliable place to give them the mother and get it fixed in the same day? How much should it cost?

Sad pics...
Do not use this mobo.
Do not buy new socket.
Use specialists for resoldering pins/socket- they must have all that will need.
Costs for fixing socket may be huge.

P.S. Next time when you will have new mobo- try to ask specialists to insert CPU for you.
