I have a BenQ monitor XL2420TE, im at 1920x1080 and when I go to display adapter properties it only shows 60hz and 59hz. Im connected through a DVI-D cable. It only lets me just to 120hz when im at 800x600 resolution.
CPU: Ryzen 2200g
MotherB: MSI B350M Gaming Pro
No idea what the problem could be I am not using the original DVI-D cable but I did buy a good rated cable on amazon (https://www.amazon.com/Cable-Matters-Plated-Ferrites-Available/dp/B007NJ0S1W)
I would try display port but my motherboard doesn't have it.
Any ideas? I have already tried doing a "clean install" of amd drivers im on 17.7 right now. I already tried going into radeon settings and change the refresh rate to atleast 120hz but tells me custom resolution settings are not supported.
The odd thing is when I didn't have my drivers for the graphics card fully installed it did allow 64hz for a short time. Not sure what the problem could be here
