[SOLVED] Best 1080p GPU?

A friend of mine wants to build a 1080p gaming pc. He has ryzen 5 3600, a 144hz monitor and is missing only the gpu.
He wants a gpu that'll bring him to 100fps on max settings(he plays any type of games) and hold up for the rest of this year and the next.

I know y'all smarties here so could you help him out?

Something like an rtx 2060 could get there, but would struggle in demanding games.

I would look for an rtx 2060 super or rx5700/xt
