Best 140mm fan for Intake on a HAF 912?

What's best 140mm fan for Intake on the side panel on a HAF 912?

I'd really like to get something between $15-20.


Also, I currently have a 120mm fan on the side panel for exhaust on my HAF 912, and when I switched it to intake, it was really loud, jet engine loud, anybody know the reason?
