[SOLVED] Best 155mm CPU cooler?

I currently have a Corsair H115i (slightly older one but not like super old), but it just isn't keeping up at the noise levels I want and I've been having issues with the fans/pump working with iCue. The whole experience of using an AIO has not been great, so I think I want to go to an air cooler (not to mention how expensive AIOs have gotten since I bought mine). I've begun to look for new coolers, but unfortunately, my selection is fairly limited. I have a Lian-Li O11, which is a great case but it is not really made for air coolers. It only has a clearance of 155mm, which cuts off any high end air cooler like a DRP4 or NHD15. Additionally, I have really tall ram (Ripjaws V), so coolers like the Ninja 5 that require you to move the fan up for more clearance wouldn't fit. Do you guys have any suggestions or anything to help? Thank you in advance!

Scythe Mugen 5 or Fuma 2.

Pure Rock 2 will also fit, don't think it's as good as the above coolers though it's much lighter.
