Best 2-In-1 Budget Laptop 2016?

Max $200. I am in the USA. I want it to be foldable and touchscreen. I will use it for the web and docs, and would like it to be Windows 10 if possible.
So far this is the one I have found from Techradar: Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2.

Looks good, but I can't find a website to buy it or look at it.
Also, it's from Germany so I don't know if I can even buy it.

The Yoga 2 from TechRadar is priced at $249 and runs on Android 4. And the article is almost 2 years old.

I doubt you'll be able to find any Windows 10 device in this price range. But take a look at this list:
