Best 24" - 40" monitors for 250$ - 400$

I have been looking at some monitors for my computer and I want a monitor that is good, It has to be 1920x1080. I have found one that I might get.

I have that monitor and its awesome. If you have the gpu power to have 120FPS+ in first-person shooters then its definitely the way to go.
