best 27" monitor to buy?

i have r9 280dcuii top gpu, and
i want best 27" monitor ips one ,help me buy one which is good overall and hope its cheap too inclusive tax as i am from india. help me choose best for me. i do gaming and movie enthusiast too

you probably want to go above 1080p, which is to say 1440p to 2k.

I think Dell U2713HM can be a good choice.

I have 2 Acer B276HUL monitors. 2560x1440 IPS panel, they have really good stands w/Height, swivel, tilt and pivot adjustments. DVI, HDMI and 2 DisplayPorts. Also a 4 port USB 3.0 hub. I got mine when they were on sale for $450 each. I'm not sure what they would cost in india, but they were about $200 cheaper than the Dell U2713HM. I've been really happy with them. No dead pixels. I have a color calibrator and the color on them is really good.
