Well since I'm new to building PC's, I got a case that looked nice but its seem quite poor for cooling. I got this http://www.cooltek.de/en/cubes/coolcube/2/coolcube and wanted to add an CM Evo 212 but that's 120mm and I only have space for an 80mm cooler.

I have a Asus Maximus VI Impact (Mini ITX) motherboard with HyperX FURY Series 8GB (2x 4GB) ram which I'm assuming is low profile? And a Be Quiet Semi Modular 430 ATX PSU.

I would really appreciate the best 80mm cooler, maximum price £35 as it is a budget PC but lower is fine

So a V1 with my Maximus VI Impact will fit with a Pallas but ram swapping out of the question unless removing the cooler. This is the ram which shouldnt interfere right? http://www.amazon.co.uk/HyperX-FURY-1866MHz-Memory-Module/dp/B00J8E91T0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1441549888&sr=8-1&keywords=ddr3

Memory looks OK, but read the specifications and find out how tall it is.

Here's the issue. Each board has its socket mounted in a slightly different place, so the clearance around it is different, just because it does or does not work for me, it may be different for your motherboard.
