Best after-market fan for the 212 EVO

Hey, I was looking for some advice on a fan to use with the 212 EVO, from what I understand it has to be a 4 pin fan, have a high Static Pressure and be 120mm, thanks for any advice.

Something wrong with the fan that the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO comes with? Alternatively, I'd get either a Scythe Slip Stream or a Corsair SP120.

I've been told that the stock fan isn't very good, I don't know if that's true.

That's actually not true.Try it out for yourself first and see what you think.

Wouldn't the Blade Master be better for a CPU cooler since it has a higher static pressure with 3.90 mmH2O, the XtraFlo has 2.7 mmH2O.

given the choice i'd go with the blademasters, but more due to previous experience with them - i know they shift alot of air & do so at reasonable noise levels. For a radiator in a water cooling loop high static pressure is essential due to the density of the fins, air coolers generally aren't as tightly packed. as for why coolermaster dropped the fan to a crappier model... cheaper i guess?

Dude I've been trying to find which fan the evo comes with all week so that I could match my rear case fan to it and share the PWM. Thanks for the info although I think I will actually just buy 2 blademasters rather than an extra XtraFlo.
