Question Best air cooler for i7-8700 in Corsair Carbide 200R?

I have an i7-8700 running on a Asus Z370 Plus Gaming motherboard inside a Corsair Carbide 200R case.

Currently I am using the stock cooler, which I feel is being overwhelmed under load. I am not interested in an AIO or other liquid cooling. I would just like to install a solid air cooler for under $80.

I have glanced at offerings from Nactua and bequiet. What would you recommend for a semi-simple installation with solid cooling performance.
