Best AM3 Heatsink For Overclocking

Hi there i have a very small room i have a 32 inch LG TV Xbox 360 wii and other things hooked up and a tiny window my room gets extremly hot so basicly 5 mins off my computer being on nearly 50 degress in cpu temp
( Nothing overclocked ) i have the 955 Phenom Quadcore and im considering a new heatsink cooler i this basic crap one i got from AMD with my 955

its strange because there are several fans installed and still my cpu temp doesnt drop so i need the best heatink i can get prefrably one that doesnt require me to remove the motherboard please thanks

Sorry about the spelling errors and grammer what i mean to say is i need the best AM3 heatsink to get full potential out off overclocking my cpu and keeping the cpu nice and cool
i dont fancy removing the motherboard again so anything that doesnt require me to remove the motherboard to put screws in underneith to mount the new heatsink thanks guys
