I would say the Phenom II X4 955, it is the same is the 965 the 965 is just and OC'd 955. But the 955 can be easilyed OC'd to the 965.
I'm not sure why people continue to say this. I mean I can understand looking at the processor that way in terms of specs, though not literally, because once you OC your 955 to 965 levels, I'm going to OC my 965 beyond that. It's not just a 955 OC'd.

They overclock to the exact same levels, its not like just because you have a 965 that your going to get a higher oc than a 955. A 955 oc to 3.4ghz will perform EXACTLY the same as a 965 for a good deal less.
