Best and Quietest CPU Cooler?

What would be the best and queitest cpu cooler to get for an am3+ ?

My current stock one makes too much noise which is picked up when I live stream. I've looked around found what could be a good one but I want to ask some of you. Trying also to steer away from liquid cooling just because one thing goes wrong and my whole rig is gone.

Perhaps if you only want it quieter for streaming you could considering buying a better mic that is less sensitive to background noise, that would solve the problem and enhance your stream quality. But if you already have a nice mic or actually want to cool the cpu down perhaps something like a noctua nh-d14 or Phanteks PH-TC14PE

I play on doing both im looking at the phanteks as both of you have suggested and i think for my new mic
