Best budget 1440p display?

hi,
I'm looking for a cheap 1440p monitor. I don't care about specs since I don't really game.
I only care about the resolution since you can't change the UI of the program I use any further.
Even if the monitor is 30hz, I'm happy I don't need g-sync and all those expensive shit xD. Just the resolution is all what matters to me .

HDMI would be nice. But even if it dont support HDMI, I still got a cable that converts hdmi (from my graphicscard) to vga.

It's not the absoloute best, however is 60hz, 1440p and only a 4ms response time. I have used this monitor in the past and had no trouble with it at all. A great monitor, especially for under 300 bucks. Has great reviews, as well.
