According to the reviews the msi ones are having a few problems

MSI cheap out on their mobo components, and most of them aren't great quality.
Make sure you have an ATX supported case.

IF you buy that board, you're making the biggest mistake of you life, take a look at this, he mentions that board, this will clear a few things up: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZGrxhf_xZWI

He covers MSI first, then Gigabyte, that ASUS board is mentioned at 18mins 35seconds, and then finally ASRock.

It's a perfectly fine board, nitpicking is a bit over the top, nothing is ever going to be perfect.
