Best Budget Gaming PC possible for ~800$

Hi guys,

I would like input on what you think would be the best budget gaming PC I could get within ~800$ range.
Would really appreciate any input, thanks!

Approximate Purchase Date: within 2 weeks

Budget Range: ~800 USD

System Usage from Most to Least Important: 1) Gaming 2) Some video editing 3) General computer stuff

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: buying everything new

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Amazon, or any site that offers great deals.

Location: Concord, CA, USA

Parts Preferences: No preference, but I guess I want the best bang for my buck.

Overclocking: No (Unless someone can direct me to step by step instructions on how to, lol)

SLI or Crossfire: Not right now, but maybe in the future.

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080 mostly

Additional Comments: I play a wide variety of games like Skyrim, Crysis 3, Tera, SC2, BF games, CoD games, Dishonored, etc. Also, if possible, I would like a somewhat 'future-proof' system for about 2-3 years in case I decide to forgo upgrades.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I'm building a new PC because I want to give my old one to a friend that needs it. Also, I want to be able to play upcoming games smoothly at high to ultra settings.

I have not bought any parts yet.

Possibly...a cheaper CPU that still performs is the AMD FXZ-8320. If you overclock a bit it will perform very well, and even without it'll certainly do the job.

Hi, I'm wondering; will the GTX 760 be "future-proof" for upcoming games (able to play at high to ultra) within the next 2-3 years?

I see... Is it possible to change the configuration of the build to focus more on the GPU? Like perhaps change the CPU to save some money and use it to buy a better GPU?

Thank you for your input. It was greatly appreciated. My friend got his hand on a laptop, so it doesn't seem like he'll need my computer anymore.
