best budget graphics card?!?

i really need to know whats the best graphics card to play the sims 3 on max settings because im not quite sure and dont want to waste my money?thanks

If you're conscious of wasting money, try Radeon HD 7990. If not, give Nvidia GTX 780 a try.

If you have AMD build up and have FM2 CPU like A10 5800k or A8 3870k @ INTEL like i3 or i5. ARE YOU?

Then you will get a SWEET 7750 from sapphire (bit cooler) or power color (bit cheaper) to which you would prefer. A 7770 would

better if your mother board and power-supply has the capacity. But for me A 7750 is enough. Try check if your Psu or Mother suites.

aw haha thanks both of youu,but how do i check about my system and watt supply and stuff to see if my laptop would run one?sorry im rubbish at computers🙁
