Question Best Budget laptop?

Hey so im looking for a sub 1400 AUD laptop (need to be able to purchase in NSW preferably from mwave ) that can run photoshop smoothly, and other programs like premire pro and blender. Also the laptop needs to run older games like old halo's and half lifes.
