im looking to buy an i5 4690k to go along with my Radeon 7970, but I need a good motherboard for it and I'm on a budget of under £80. I'm not looking to overclock. Any suggestions and or tips would be appreciated, thank you.

As your not interested in overclocking, I suggest you get the value oriented i5 4590 along with a quality H97 Chipset based motherboard, as the performance difference between the i5s in gaming are going to be highly negligible. See the video embedded below:

Why Gigabyte Motherboards?

Because they make stable, durable and performance oriented products with lowest RMAs. See the images below:

What is RMA?

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is a part of the process of returning a product in order to receive a refund, replacement, or repair during the product's warranty period.

Update:

I can't really recommend anything below this quality motherboard, as they're not worth considering:

Thanks for your response, ill definitely look into that motherboard. Just wondering if you know of any other motherboards maybe around the £60 mark, im only really using £80 as a last resort if i must. i think im just going to stick with the 4690k btw
