Hello there. Im selling a 1080 to a buddy of mine. This one to be exact https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01GJEE9BG?tag=pcpapi-20&linkCode=ogi&th=1&psc=1 .

He is paying $300 for it and He needs the best parts for about $500 that would be compatible with that GPU.

He is wanting to play games at High of quality as possible such as, GTA 5, Minecraft, iRacing, American Truck Simulator, Call of Duty. Those types of games.
He needs Windows 10 a Disc Drive and he prefers Intel but if AMD is cheaper and better than so be it.

He doesnt need a monitor, keyboard or mouse

This includes 8 core/16 thread CPU, 16 GB ram, 1 TB SSD + 2 TB HDD, and an OEM key for windows 7 (which can be used for win 10). the 600W PSU has been tested to far exceed its listed wattage, failing safely at a 900W load!

Basically the OS is bought as a Windows 7 Key from Kinguin (which is a legit site recommended in the past by Tom's Hardware. ) They buy unused keys from corporations with Enterprise licenses. Since those are unlimited, they don't been the OEM keys that come with the systems they buy for their employees. Use the Win 7 key to activate Win 10, and you'll get Win 10 Home.

Solution
Yeah, spending $100 on a Windows license is VERY restrictive when there's only a $500 budget (as you can see from the difference between my 2 builds with and without the $100 OS). The optical drive requirement is also a bit peculiar. Again, we're on a tight budget, so that $20 can go to very good use elsewhere.
