Because prices on pcpartpicker fluctuate alot and the parts lists done here update in real time while the part lists listed in forum posts are done during a fixed period of time

Cooling config:
2x120mm fans at the bottom of the case are set as intake
1x120mm fan at the top is set as exhaust.

Edit: Checked my build on pcpartpicker and went overbudget thanks to RAM prices are skyrocketing so i changed to stay in budget and also because it needed better cooling (in the way i fixed an oversight of mine... mobo has only one PWM 4-pin connector)

Do we we'll be disqualified if "X" component of our build costs more than before and thus making the build go over budget?

We take price fluctuations into account. Just make sure that your build is within budget at the time of submission. Please remember, use list prices only: coupons, rebates, bundles or any other limited-time offers will not be accepted.

The GMHB

I did not want to compromise on key factors like processing power and graphics performance. Mini-ITX helped me achieve this in a way by thinking in terms of a final build and not buying 1/2 of the performance that I plan on by the end of the year. Mini-ITX doesn't leave room for adding a second card so I won't be tempted to SLI in the future. The PSU won't need to account for future SLI as a result. I filled all of the (2) sockets so I won't be as tempted to add more RAM.

Shortfalls I considered are that 256GB will not hold all the games I will eventually install. So i'll have to manage space by uninstalling old games regularly. There's no media drive but that was a feature of my last build as well. The case takes up less space when not leaving room for large drive bays.

When I submitted my build at 8 feb its within budget, then the case price went up which caused me overbudget at 9 feb. Will I get disqualified? And how to set in pcpartpicker to make them show list prices only?

imho - you should edit your post with your ultimate setup - with actualized prices - if you do so. Otherwise - as they said - "Just make sure that your build is within budget at the time of submission". By the way - I wonder about the end. Is on Wednesday, February 15th or Friday, February 17th ? anyone knows ?
