So i need a case to go with my new PC i am going to build, ATM i am looking at the:
https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product...hify-c-atx-mid-tower-case-fd-ca-mesh-c-bko-tg
but not sure about it regarding comments on only accepting 315mm graphics cards?
I was originally looking at this Be quiet:
https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/pZfFf7/be-quiet-pure-base-500-atx-mid-tower-case-bgw34
but got told it doesnt have a good air flow??

this is my system:

Be Quiet!'s are designed/geared to be silent cases, meaning airflow is slightly compromised. The Fractal case that you've listed above is geared towards airflow due to the front meshed area. The latter will better temps but you will have to deal with the swooshing of the fan blades as they cut through the air and subsequently pass through the front mesh. You could look at the Define series of cases...from Fractal if you want better thermals and low noise.

Did you look through Corsair's offering with atx cases?

I have only really looked at the 2 cases i have listed, not sure on what other case would be recommended, one that will be able to hide stuff like the Hard drives and the PSU, and look neat and has enough room for everything else, will be looking at fitting the AIO Cooler on the top of the case, which are 2 x 140mm fans. And one that has enough room for future upgrades of the Graphics Card, ATM i have the
Z3 PLUS BLACK

but looking for a more clean looking case with a window.

You can look at builds done with the case, if users have submitted build photos, on PCPP.

ok so if I get this case would the AIO be doing it’s job and working efficiently If installed at the top of the case?

And sorry wrong place to post but can you tell me which Motherboard would be recommended?

ASUS ROG Strix B550-E Gaming AMD AM4 (3rd Gen Ryzen™) ATX gaming motherboard (PCIe 4.0, NVIDIA SLI, WiFi 6, 2.5Gb LAN, 14+2 power stages, front USB 3.2 Type-C, Addressable Gen 2 RGB and AURA Sync) https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B088W4933P/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_M5A5WXX25PS9SMDD06P7?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

The meshify C is a good case. As is the beQuiet. Airflow is not an issue there as you'll be using an AIO to cool the cpu. Airflow is very important to air cooling towers, but much less so for a radiator with its vastly larger surface area. All it needs is air, not airflow since the fans will provide ample air movement.

The meshify C will fit more up to date graphics cards inside it?

Top is the best place for the rad, with regards to pump life. I would choose this board, over those.
https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product...omahawk-atx-am4-motherboard-mag-b550-tomahawk
Will that board will be okay to overclock ram and CPU if needed and wanted? Why that board may I ask, over the more expensive boards and other boards?
I also have my Keyboard, Mouse, mousepad plugged into the back of my current motherboard, and also need a USB 3 slot free to plug my VR headset into sometimes, not sure how many or if it has enough USB slots on that board?

but it does look clean, and tidy.

  • GPU max length
315 mm with front fan mounted
What does 'up to date' mean? A gpu is a gpu, whether it's built yesterday or 20 years ago. There's 7 expansion slots in the rear, the very biggest cards ever only used 3 of those, so fitment will be determined by the motherboard and whether placed in 1st, 2nd or 3rd slots etc

A 6900xt is 267mm long. A RTX3090 is 336mm long. A RTX3080 is 285mm long. Some AIB partner cards might be a little longer or a little shorter, that'll be determined exactly by the card in question. But those are the biggest current 'up to date' cards generally.

I meant length wise, some reviews said it only being a 315mm?

"Many GPUs are too big to fit inside this case (over 315 mm long). A good case otherwise. Good airflow and pretty easy to build in. The manual wasn't the best, had to figure out some stuff myself."

Ah okay, thankyou.
