Best cheap external HDD for Xbox One?

Now that we know the update is coming can anybody recommend a HDD for me? I'm looking for a 4TB drive, it has to be USB 3.0, can be USB powered but would prefer one that goes directly into the mains. I am working on a budget so the cheaper the better, would appreciate any advice. Thanks.
