Best comp for under $500?

Parts I will reuse will be the speakers, mouse, keyboar and monitor.

I'm planning on ordering from newegg this week. I don't have experience but I think I can build it myself (hopefully). I don't play games too often, I play WC3, but I do plan on getting StarCraft II, I know it's not out yet so no one knows about the specs required. I just want to play it at least on low/med or med settings, I don't need it to be maxed out.

Also I'm gonna need to get a 64 bit windows too.

But anyway what's the best I could get for 500?

1680 x 1050 is the max I believe.

I'll use it mostly for Zbrush (modeling software) Starcraft II hopefully and WC3. Internet too of course.

Just throw in a $70 or less case and you'll be under your budget.

Heres some other parts to consider if you get the newegg eblaster.
OCZ platinum 4 gb cas 7. The only thing I'm not a big fan of is the 1.9v to run at the 1600mhz speed. I'd undervolt it and run at 1333, but worth it for $76-$10 promo - $10 mir = $56
