Best cooler for Q6700?

Always altering my system in one way or another and my am now looking at my stock cooler on my Q6700.
I've seen mention of the Titan Fenrir, Scythe Mugen 2 and Thermalright Xtreme, but wondered which of these would be the best (preferably quiet when idle) or is there another?

I have never owned a Thermalright so I wont vouch for it but I must say, I've heard nothing but good about it. I personally have a Artic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro on my air cooled system which is a pretty good bang for the buck.

The 120mm fan option is nice on that Thermalright Ultra-120. My freezer only has a 90mm, the Thermalright would definitely be worth taking a look at, nice cooler.

Frostytech is a good site but imo failed on teh TRUE review.

The TRUE still remains the best air cooler with the right setup (except maybe behind the IFX)
