I've been looking for an air cooler best for overclocking my 7700K. I was wanting the evga clc 280 but as of recent there are out of stock and no ETA on when they will be available again.
So I have everything I need for my system except the cpu cooler so I seen this article: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-cpu-coolers,4181.html
However there are too many choices. I want something that looks good as well as a great cooler for overclocking and keeping temps low as possible. No other water cooler I want so air coolers only please. Any suggestions with a cost low as possible but again great product most important.

Solution
I own the Cryorig R1.

Agreed I think you made my decision. I think! lol. As I said previously I worry about my ram I already installed all 4 though they are in my sig and pc build so shouldn't be a problem right? Either way very nice looking cooler and better performance than reeven of what I researched about scythe. Thank you SR-71 and of course everyone else who helped me decide. My very first build and already over a $1500 so $90 is chump change right now as I will be broke either way. Worth every penny I'm hopeful. Thanks again everyone.

I guess I just take a gamble. I don't care about it near my ram I just don't want it on it. I will not be removing my ram either way. Now torn between the cryorig r1 ultimate and deepcool assassin ll. So any suggestion between them specifically?
Main things I want on a cooler is quiet, performance, and no pushing against my ram.
My RAM evga SuperSC 4x8gb. Not sure how tall they are but like I said won't be removing them.
Sorry guys just trying to get the best because I want to best of everything which I have got except for a cooler as I said I would like to have evga liquid cooler but out of stock. So air cooler next best thing.

EDIT: Deciding to buy either the deepcool assassin ll or reeven okeanos as they are the quietest and have impressive performance under load. The reeven also has low noise adapters with it which lowers noise under load from 52,5DB to 44DB as it lowers its fan speeds. The 140mm from 1800RPM to 1200RPM and the 120mm from 1700RPM to 1100RPM.
