Best cpu cooler for AMD FX 8150

looking for a good cpu cooler for my AMD FX 8150 because it gets really hot.. i am looking to over clock a bit and need a cooler which will keep it cold!

water cooling or air cooling doesnt matter whichever is better and fits in my budget

computer case: Raidmax 238-wu

Budget: $30-$60

Mobo: Gigabyte-ga-990-fxa-ud3

Cpu: Amd Fx 8150.

if you want best then best is a water setup like h60, to h100 or anything else
and if you want it on air then 212 gives more bang for the buck, but nh d14 provide more cooling but is expensive
