Something tells me that getting a new cooler would be cheaper and slightly less dificult than moving. All you got to do is move to a colder climate and use a stock cooler, its working for me, But thermal take has some really nice ones.

OK....That's the best advise I've had sofar! But wait wasn't there a post on common sence up there someware??!!.....oh well...I'm goin for it!!Now that serious suggestions have been made, it is now time for a satiracle comment. Tear the cooling fan out of a commercial air conditioner on top of a sky scraper and mount it to an enourmous copper heat sink strapped to the support beams of your house. That will cool your CPU..... Yeah.
I really like the idea of the VapoChill Micro. I already have a cooler so replacing would be

Their low noise fan looks like the silent cat. Interesting.. Also the install bracket does not look like the easiest to install. I always wondered why they make it so hard to install.
I have the freezer 4, and it's just a simple clamp on installation. It fits so tight, I thought I was going to break something though. The Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 installs easily within a few minutes. No motherboard removal is necessary.
The Thermaltake Big Typhoon and Zalman CNPS9500 are the best air-coolers out there, with the Big Typhoon being a bit better IMHO due to its huge 120mm fan.
