Best intel cpu if it's 300$ idc just the best money can buy under 500$ That can handle gaming for 1-3 settings ultra settings.
That only supports ddr3 ram don't feel like buying new ram for ddr4 thank u

This one won't bottleneck any GPU and will give amazing performance especially if you over clock it you'll see i7 like performance. Also settings in game are mostly dependent on your GPU so while yes your CPU plays a part ultimately you GPU will determent whether or not you be able to run games on ultra.

if you ca go for the 4790k, more future proof with 8 treads
for now just some games take advantage of it and while they dont get much higher fps, they do get much smoother with less frame varience, like battlefield 4 and watch dogs
