look....im an amd guy......but even ill admit that RIGHT NOW,,, the best you'll get under two hundred is an intel i5 sandybridge (yes even the locked multi one)

no contest unfortunately.......for now anyway

The i5 2400 can be OC Max of 4GHz(Cant go over) with stock cooler which is a very good choice...
I Found an Unlock 2500k for $200 but price will be $203 with shipping... I Recommend getting the 2500k for $203 than $220 in other site

Intel Core i5-2500K for now $219 , over budget 19-20 noproblem but you can get high-end CPU gaming
