Best current video card for around 150-170

Hello,

I'm trying to decided which gaming card is the best for might tight budget. but i don't know a lot about video cards. so any advice would be appreciated.

The one i was leaning towards is this one:

to my uneducated eyes it seems like it has the best specs for my budget and decent reviews. am i about to make a horrible mistake?

This card is as fast as the cards you both linked but it will run more silenly and will also consume a lot less power.

It does consume less power doesn't run quieter the 560 is a little faster still 6870 is a good card but i rather have the 560 choice is yours of course OP

if i raised my budget to 190-210 what would be my best bet then?
