Hi first of all I need to mentioned that now I have 2 sticks of DDR4 on 3600mhz cl16 (16-19-19-19-39) single ranked Hynix

Ok what is the best DDR4 ram kit to get for update for my 5800x3d? :]
- 4 sticks from 8gb = 32gb 4000mhz cl16 (16-16-16-32) dual ranked (cost 200$)
- or it will be enough 2 sticks from 8gb = 16gb 4000mhz cl16 (16-16-16-32) single ranked? (cost 100$)

P.S. I have B450 tomahawk max MOBO :)

2 sticks are better then four less chatter between more components, so less likely for data drop out, gskill, and corsair vengeance are my two preferred rams they typically have 0 problems with running their advertised target speeds were as I have noticed a lot of others you gotta play with their values for them to run right

Hey there,

Ideally you should opt for 2 x 16gb (if you want 32gb), as this puts less stress on the memory controller. The 5800x3d sweetspot is arguably 3600mhz CL16. It runs in 1:1:1 (mem clock - inifinty fabric - mem controller clock) ratio, which is optimum for latency, and specially so for Ryzen.

Im pretty sure the B450 Tomahawk can handle that, and higher speed mem, but it will run asynchronously with 4000mhz, unless you can get the infinity fabric clock running at 2000mhz

G-Skill its a bit saltier with the price Iam looking for this one: https://gjirafa50.mk/kompјuterski-d...patriot-viper-steel-16gb-2x8gb-ddr4-4000-cl16
PVS416G400C6K - model No.

What do you think? Can handle "B450 Tomahawk MAX" two sticks on 4000Mhz? I want to activate only XMP profile not trying to overclocking...

What is my target I want to minimized the latency and rid out of the stutter and 1% Low's in games and squeeze out max from 5800x3d.

You want to say that is best to go for 2x16gb sticks of ram on 3600mhz cl16 (19 19 39) or saltier version with b-die Samsung chips cl16 (16 16 16 32) and not to buy 4000Mhz kit 16 gb 32gb it doesn't meter for me 16 or 32gb I just need best option for max stability for gaming. :)
Thanks

This would absolutely min latency. 1800flck, 3600mclk IMO. Any faster speeds don't warrant the price.

Something like this:

Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32 GB

Also, above 3600 speeds don't really push much futher. Yes, going from 2666 to 3200/3600 is a big increase, going from 3600 to 4000, isn't worth the cost IMO.
About cost I will sell my old ram for 50$ and buy two sticks of ram 4000 mhz 16gb cl16 (16-16-16-32) for 100$ And in the end it will cost me 50$ upgrade, but Iam not talking for price I see this kit with good price and my question is does it will be more stable whit it?

Your asking an impossible question you can buy a 400k pc that is all designed together with the world's best and most compatible components. There will still be lag/latency there's no stopping this.... pushing the max out of a system is like me say I want to get the most out of my relationship through the year..... everyone has their own definition and desires to hit that goal....

I'd go with Corsair Veangeance Pro/RGB 3600mhs CL14/CL16. They work really well with Ryzen systems.
