hi i just bought a gtx295 to replace my gtx460 .i`m trying to find the best drivers for it.i`m running windows 7.the 280.26 drivers make the games jerky
i play grid, trucks and trailers,18 wheelers, burnout paradise.i`ve change the drivers to 197.45 and the games are running a lot better.anyone had the same problem and what drivers do you recommend. thanks.

also i didnt realise how much power the gtx295 needed it destroyed my 700w psu(cheap one). just got a corsair tx750 v2 works brill and i can run it with my gtx460 with no problems.
my spec is

msi 870a fuzion
phenom II 925 (oc 3.466) coolmaster fan
6 gb ddr 3
gtx295

Does the card manufacterer provide their own drivers? When my games got jittery I thought it was a card problem (it was I didn't push the card into the slot correctly).

i`ve found out that the res setting on the monitors + the hz makes a different.i set it at 1280x1024 hz 85 games run bad set at 1280x1024 60hz . with driver 197.45 can run at 60-85hz later drivers only give me 75-85hzgames run great. same applys to my 26" tv .so ive changed the game hz from default to 60hz every thing runs fine.i had the same problem with the gtx460(£110).but not on the hd4650(£40) or hd4770(£50) or hd4890(£50) but with these cards i can not run the games on high setting. I`m glad i bought the gtx295(£160) .fast card for the price .found a hd4890 bought it didnt like it.not fast enough for me.
thanks for the input.

Can your monitors run at 85hz? Mine tops out at 60hz and my little brother's VGA tops at 75. I know of 120hz and 240hz but I don't think that 85 is a standard refrsh rate.
