Okay so I have a H110 and stock fans are pretty damn loud.

I am looking for replacement fans but I don't know which to get..

I am stuck between Akasa Vipers, Noctua Redux 900rpm 0.74 SP 13dB, Noctua 1200rpm PWM 19dB 1.24 SP or some cheap be quiet fans that suck with static pressure but are quiet and cheap

If they are loud at the lowest volatage then you should go for the new fans.
You cant say Corsair fans suck if you havent tested them yourself 😀 both the AF and SP are great fans and many people use them for case or radiator fans 😀

I have 3 of these in my system all with low noise adapters, all 3 running at 600 RPM, no trouble with heat despite overclocking using 212 EVO in a Corsair 200R case. I wouldn't be able to tell if my PC was on if not for the red led's. But I agree, it's definitely preference...

You do not want to have the AF series on you rad if you don't have them already. If you really want to go Corsair the the SP line is the only line out of the AF and SP that you should even consider for your CPU cooler. The AF stands for airflow and was meant for open case air cooling. The SP is for static pressure and only static pressure fans should be considered when putting fans onto a rad for a AIO CPU cooler or a custom water loop or if you have lots of hard drive cages air has to flow through.

If you wanted, you might be able to use a fan silencer (rubber grommet) that can help neutralize the vibration noise (believe it or not is a lot of the noise do hear while a computer is running). But, you're talking about the fan motor itself then you need to go to Noctua. I really haven't heard a fine as "silent" as the Noctua fans. This is because ever aspect of their production is made for low noise. There was a huge difference from my CM SickleFlow fans in just the amount of vibration noise I had no idea about before. My SickleFlow are also not as noisy as the stock Corsair fans that came with the Corsair 900D case I use too. With 6 rads and 16 fans cooling this big guy I needed to invest in quieter fans. Keep in mind though silence or quietness is all based on the individuals perception. I think Corsairs are noisy and you do to. Some don't. I've read lots of reviews on fans and really Noctua, Cooler Master, Corsair, and Delta are the ones I would go for, but others say Enermax and BitFenix. Worst that can happen is that you order them and don't like them. In most cases you can return them.

You realize the fans on my radiator are customized SP fans so it would be a downgrade..

For the price, Corsair don't make the best line of fans.

Hence, why we in this thread had offered other fans, but you are saying they are too expensive. The Noctua fans have been tested as the best for the CPU cooler. If you don't believe just Google it. You will be paying approx. $20-25 USD for each of them since you will need the NF-A14 PWM. If you want cheaper fans then go for one of the others that has been recommended in this thread. But, to be honest, it's all up to your preference. So, you might even think that Noctua fans are loud for all we know.

I think the Redux line seems to be my best QUIET option while Akasa vipers seem to be the best PERFORMANCE option.
