Question Best firmaware update for my bios on the MPG MSI B550 CARBON WIFI with the RYZEN 7 5800X3D

Hey all i recently bought the Ryzen 7 5800x3d whenever i do the latest bios update for my motherboard and get into a game of league of legends my game would just start randomly dropped frames even when i have it capped or at the lowest settings and tested on other games it will just run rough. Which bios update this is the best for me? Thank You.

Before i updated to the latest bios version was all perfectly fine with the 5800x3d soon as i updated to the newest firmware problems.

I wanted to undervolt my CPU cause apparently it’s one of the options you could do to lower the high temps but the version of bios I originally had didn’t have the features even in expert mode. so I updated the bios now I have the feature to undervolt but I have unstable games. I haven’t touched any of the bios settings yet just enabled XMP.
